Paid plans start at 25 seats with a £1,200 a year account minimum — from £1.80 a seat at 56 seats and up. Below 56 the minimum is your price: about £3.30 a head for a team of 30. The pilot carries neither. And no three-year contract — leave any month.

What is the minimum order?
25 seats on paid tiers, and every account has a £1,200 a year floor. Below that size the numbers stop working for anyone.
The pilot has no minimum. 20 people, 30 days, no card.
How much work is rollout for my team?
Ten minutes. Upload a CSV or share an invite link, pick your team leads, launch. Your dashboard starts filling the same day.
After launch, admin takes minutes per month. There is no IT project and no integration to build.
Will the certificates satisfy our auditors and insurers?
Here is exactly what you get: exportable certificates per person and company-wide, with completion dates and a record of ongoing awareness activity. Most insurance questionnaires and audits ask for evidence of regular security awareness training. Our reports document precisely that.
What we deliberately don’t do: covert phishing tests and pass/fail exams. If your specific auditor or insurer requires simulated phishing, tell us — the course engine supports a calm practice-inbox track.

What does family protection include — and what can we see?
On Complete, every employee gets breach monitoring, and each can protect 4 family members — parents, partners, kids. The protection belongs to the person and stays with them.
You see course progress and team aggregates. That is all. Personal and family breach data, monitored addresses and exposure history are never visible to the employer, at any level. The product is built so we cannot show you, even if you ask.
We already use another training tool. How do we switch?
Run the free pilot alongside it — 20 people, 30 days — and compare completion rates with your own data.
Most incumbents sell 3-year terms. We sell monthly and annual. So when your current contract ends, switching is a CSV upload, not a procurement project.
What data do you collect, and who signs it off?
The minimum: names, work emails and course progress. On Complete, monitoring adds the addresses each person chooses to watch — visible only to that person.
For your IT and data-protection sign-off we provide a one-page security and DPA pack, written so the yes takes one email. Email hello@shieldself.co.uk and we send it the same day.
Do we have to sign a long contract?
No. Both terms roll — monthly month to month, annual year to year — and nothing auto-converts you onto a longer one. Cancelling is one email, not a negotiation.
When you go, the record goes with you: certificates you have exported stay valid, and we delete your data on request. If the product stops earning its keep, you leave.
